Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy At Mist, we take pride in delivering outstanding service and respecting the time of both our valued clients and dedicated stylists. To ensure the utmost efficiency and satisfaction, we have established the following comprehensive Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: No-Show Policy: Your scheduled appointment is a reservation for a valuable service. In the event of a no-show, where you do not attend the appointment without prior notice, you will be billed for 100% of the scheduled service price. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, however, arriving more than 15 minutes late for any scheduled service may likewise be considered a No-Show. In such cases, you will be billed for 100% of the scheduled service price. Cancellation Policy: Should you need to cancel your appointment, we kindly request that you provide us with at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within this timeframe will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the service price. Rescheduling Policy: Just as with cancellations, we kindly ask for your understanding in providing us with 48 hours’ notice should you need to reschedule your appointment. Any rescheduling made within this timeframe will be treated as a cancellation and will incur a fee of 50% of the service price. We firmly believe that these policies reflect our commitment to delivering exceptional service and maintaining a respectful environment for all. All appointments are made at the stylist’s will and constitute agreement to these terms. Final discretion belongs to the stylist alone. Your cooperation and understanding are genuinely appreciated.
